The Brand & Story (So Far...!)
Welcome to Polo & Piste. I'm the founder of Polo & Piste, a 16-year-old polo player with big dreams and an even bigger passion for the sport.
2000 My parents met while working in Val d'Isère in 2000, and for me, the worlds of polo and skiing have always shared a natural symmetry: a love of nature, freedom, adventure, athleticism, and unforgettable experiences.
2020 At the age of 10, I began taking polo lessons and working at a polo yard, learning every aspect of horsemanship. From pony welfare and yard management to equine nutrition and dentistry, I gained invaluable hands-on experience while earning lessons in return for my dedication, resilience, and hard work. In 2022, my team won the SUPA Junior Arena National Championships.
2023 I passed my Polo Rules Test, chose my GCSE subjects, and started working paid weekend jobs. Like many young athletes, I faced a challenge: polo is an incredible sport, but it's also an expensive one. I don't own horses, and funding my ambitions wasn't easy. So I decided to create my own opportunity.
2024 To raise the start-up funds for Polo & Piste, I began by selling my childhood clothes on Vinted. What started as a simple idea quickly grew into something much bigger. I immersed myself in every aspect of building a brand—from meeting manufacturers and sourcing sustainable products to designing collections, building a website, and learning the world of e-commerce and social media.
2025 I launched the first Polo & Piste collection at the Snow Polo World Cup in St. Moritz, bringing together premium-quality hoodies for polo players, skiers, and anyone who shares a passion for an active outdoor lifestyle.The support and reception were incredible. Along the way, I was fortunate to meet and receive encouragement from inspirational figures in the sport, including Melissa Ganzi, Max Charlton, Eduardo Greghi, and many others. Back in the UK, I was lucky enough to substitute in a 12-goal final and sponsor the Arena Gold Cup at The Berkshire Polo Club.
During the summer, I stick chicked for Hazel Jackson at Guards Polo Club and had the opportunity to get to know Myla and Adolfo Cambiaso—all while shipping orders to customers around the world. I also spent 2 weeks as volunteer groom at Polo in Provence which was amazing. Playing chukkas with Olivier & Lizzie Girard and George Meyrick was awesome.
2026 This is only the beginning. Over the past six months, I have been producing team kits for schools, polo teams, and clubs while also completing my GCSEs. I haven't played at all since December and have been saving all my money to play this summer.
As the brand grows, so will the collection. Luxury après-ski essentials, stylish loungewear, performance base layers, and technical apparel are already in development.
Every purchase supports not only the growth of Polo & Piste but also my journey towards achieving my dream of becoming a professional polo player.
2026 / 2027 New team ski kits, our second collection, and A-Levels are all on the horizon.I'm looking forward to studying Enterprise and Entrepreneurship so I can continue building Polo & Piste while pursuing my ambitions both on and off the polo field.
