Please note that our products are hand designed from our Polo & Piste Lodge and are made to order. Each item is carefully checked with our loving care before it is sent out. Thank you in advance for your patience - we promise it will be worth the wait!

Once your order has been made, we will send you an email order confirmation and will begin working on your design.Your order will be received in the time frame you have selected below and we will email you a tracking number when it has been posted. If you have only selected Standard Delivery, we will email you to notify you that it has been sent. Please check your postal address as we cannot be held responsible for posting to incorrect addresses.

For both Click and Collect options, as soon as your order is ready we'll send an email to let you know that it's ready for collection. When collecting your parcel, please remember to bring with you the payment card used, or valid photo ID for PayPal.

Gift Cards These can be bought online or delivered for free. Standard UK Delivery only via Royal Mail tracked : 2 - 5 working days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays)

RETURNS 

We understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. Therefore, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy to ensure your purchase satisfaction.

Conditions for Returns

You are welcome to return your purchase as long as it meets the following conditions:

  1. Original Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required.
  3. Time Frame: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, including sale items.
  4. Exclusions: Personalised items, and products such as underwear, boxer shorts, socks that have been tried on, and swimwear where the hygiene strip is broken or missing cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
  5. This policy applies to customers regardless of their geographical location and does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returns Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete Returns Form: Include a returns form with your name, order number, and preference for a refund or exchange. Click here to download the returns form.

  3. Postage Costs: You are responsible for the postage costs associated with returns. Ensure you receive proof of postage, as Polo & Piste cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Refund Policy

  1. We will issue a refund for the full price of any product properly returned under this policy, excluding original delivery charges and return postage costs.
  2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Non-compliant Returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy without any other legal right:

  1. We will not refund or exchange the product.
  2. We may retain the returned product until you pay any additional amount required for re-delivery.
  3. If no payment is received within 14 days of a request, we may dispose of the product at our discretion without liability.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Please note that only x1 complimentary voucher given as a prize may only be redeemed against x1 an online product. Multiple vouchers may not be used.
  2. Please check the product sizing charts prior to ordering online. Products are made to order and we do not hold items in stock so you need to choose the correct size. We can always send you a blank hoodie before so you can check that the product fits correctly
  3. Please check your shipping address is correct so we can avoid any postage issues.
